Assalamualikum.
Many migrant families like mine have some money but not enough to start their own halal investment project. Working in the corporate environment for 22 years, my company dictated where to invest my super, which I knew most likely not halal or at least invested in unknown sources. My anger led me to design a project, which doesn’t involve banks or loans, and is fully profit-sharing investor driven.

For the last 20+ years, I have profitably delivered over seven such real-estate development projects, primarily under Noor Group and Sufia Shamsuddin PL. I have successfully built luxury homes, apartments, townhouses and other residential homes and also developed land.

I have undertaken a 3 year Islamic Shariah course with Al-Kauthar under the guidance of Sh Bilal Ismail and have access to several local scholars for any modern financial transaction challenges. My project goal is to ensure Islamic values are never compromised.

Other than 20+ years of IT experience in companies such as ATO and Ford Motor Company, I am an IT lecturer at RMIT. I love helping students achieve their career goals and aspirations.

I am a founder and CEO of Evergreen Donation, a charity organisation that delivers the essential needs of Rohingyan refugees stranded in Bangladesh. Charity is my passion and hobby, and I don’t consider it as work but rather a pleasure and honour to be part of.
